About the event
Join us for a day of full body rest and soul replenishment. Come together with women from different seasons, spaces and expressions of womanhood to discover more of who we are together. Experience a protected sanctuary for each woman to be heard and held. By sharing our stories, we can support each other. We can learn from each other. We can change the world. Welcome to our table.
Spend the day immersed in: being nourished, exploring beauty, embodiment, movement, listening to your needs & desires, self-expression, the senses, deep rest and mindfulness.
You will leave with a sense of community, feeling more connected to your voice, body and heart. You will learn body based tools that will support you on your journey. You will be tended to and fed. When women gather together, magic happens!
